Every effort is made to ensure that vehicle specifications, photographs, prices, mileage, registration details and features are accurate. However, errors or omissions may occur. Customers are advised to verify all details before making a purchase.
All vehicles sold are pre-owned unless specifically mentioned otherwise. Minor scratches, wear and tear or cosmetic imperfections may exist. Buyers are encouraged to inspect and test drive the vehicle before purchase.
Vehicle prices are subject to change without prior notice. Taxes, insurance, registration, transfer charges or any government fees, if applicable, are payable separately unless clearly mentioned.
Any booking amount paid to reserve a vehicle may be non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing. The booking will remain valid only for the agreed period.
Full payment must be completed before delivery of the vehicle. We accept payment through approved banking channels.
Vehicle ownership transfer will be processed as per applicable RTO regulations. The buyer must provide all required documents promptly.
Unless specifically stated in writing, all vehicles are sold on an "As Is, Where Is" basis without any warranty or guarantee.
Customers requesting a test drive must possess a valid driving licence and comply with all traffic regulations.
Orders may be cancelled only with mutual agreement. Any refund, if applicable, shall be subject to applicable deductions.
DREAM CAR shall not be responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the purchase or use of any vehicle.
Users agree not to misuse the website, upload malicious content, attempt unauthorized access or interfere with website operations.
Personal information shared with us will be used only for enquiry, sales and customer support purposes in accordance with applicable laws.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts where our business is located.
